During the last decade the CIA had failed predicting American youth behavior. Not understanding this segment of the population has caused the government to lose millions of dollars and weaken their control.
In an effort to deal with this situation, the CIA top officers decided to form a new division. An experienced general known as "Boss" was assigned to the mission. Three months later Boss presented a risky brief studying the case.
Boss held many experiments to support his plan. These experiments tried to reproduce the logic and taste of today's teenagers. In several tests he tried to differ hip-hop from rap, he tried to understand why it's so nice about chat rooms and what's so funny in Kenny dying every single episode. The tests results were totally unexpected.
He concluded, the only way to understand American youth behavior was to be one of them. He decided this new division in the CIA had to be formed by teenager agents. Their mission: destroy any bad product delivered by the entertainment industry. They will have to achieve this goal by any means. Of course, the project was to be kept extremely confidential and off the official records of the CIA.
After a very hard recruiting process they found two guys with the perfect profile. They were intelligent, amoral and violent. Their names: Dott and Kave, thous naming the squad after their initials as the DK Project a.k.a "Decay Project".
